1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nudgely mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Nudgely is a personal productivity and health management application designed for individuals with ADHD. The App provides tools for habit tracking, task management, medication logging, mood tracking, focus sessions, gamified progression, optional accountability partnership, and related features.

Important: Nudgely is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use the App
  • You must provide your full name (last name and first name) and a valid email address
  • You may register with email + password, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign-In
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent)

  • Up to 2 medications

  • 2 Flex Days on signup + 2 monthly refill (cap 5)
  • Companion character with level progression
  • Accountability Partner (1 active partnership)
  • Silent body-doubling (anonymous focus presence)

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App
  • You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for providing the App's services
  • We do not claim ownership of your content

6. Accountability Partner Feature

The App offers an optional 1:1 accountability partnership. Both parties must be existing Nudgely users. Once accepted, you and your partner see each other's aggregate daily habit-completion count and current streak. No task content, mood entries, medication data, or focus-session details are shared. Either party may end the partnership at any time from the app; all sharing stops immediately.

7. AI Features (Pro)

The Pro plan includes optional AI-powered task decomposition. When you invoke this feature, the task title is transmitted to Groq's LLM API for processing. Groq processes the request statelessly and does not use your data for training. No data is sent unless you explicitly tap the feature. See our Privacy Policy for full data-flow detail.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • Abuse the accountability partnership feature (e.g. spam invitations, invite users under false pretences)

9. Intellectual Property

The Nudgely name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of SignCoders. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost.

11. Health Disclaimer

  • Nudgely is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Medication tracking features are for personal reference only
  • Mood and symptom tracking is for self-awareness — it is not a clinical assessment
  • If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services

12. Subscription and Cancellation

  • Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Cancellation can be done through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings
  • Lifetime plans do not expire and are a one-time purchase

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone. Upon termination, your data and any active partnership will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
